Lately I have been slacking. Sometimes it’s hard, especially since I’m a college student. I get back on the horse though like last night I made a shake for this morning and put it in the fridge. Now I want to eat clean for the rest of the day because I started my day out on the right foot. However, when I want to eat something like a grilled cheese, I eat it! I just stopped buying things like chips, cookies, and other processed snacks because those used to be my biggest issue. I really don’t even crave chips anymore.
Logging what I ate on apps like My Fitness Pal helps too but don’t focus on the calories in your food, but the nutrients in your calories.
Don’t feel bad if you have few bad days. 3 bad days aren’t going to ruin you just like 3 good days isn’t going to get you in the best shape of your life. Stay determined! I’m trying to too! xx
